Paid social media advertising requires more than selecting an audience and launching ads. Campaign performance depends on creative quality, consistent testing, reliable conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization. W3era’s paid social management focuses on these areas to help businesses reach relevant audiences, improve campaign efficiency, and make better use of their advertising budgets.
Creative That Earns Attention: Develop and refresh ad concepts, visuals, videos, and messaging to keep campaigns relevant and reduce creative fatigue.
Continuous Testing: Test creative variations, offers, and campaign approaches to identify what resonates with your audience.
Reliable Conversion Tracking: Review tracking and attribution data to understand which campaigns contribute to leads, sales, and other business goals.
Ongoing Campaign Optimization: Refine targeting, placements, and budget allocation based on performance data.
Data-Led Budget Decisions: Use conversion volume and campaign results to guide optimization and scaling decisions rather than relying on clicks or platform-reported results alone.
Our paid social services can work alongside our search campaigns, with performance reviewed through our performance marketing hub. Retargeting can also support your wider remarketing strategy, helping reconnect with people who have already engaged with your business.
A reliable paid social agency needs to connect strategy, creative, campaign management, and measurement. W3era focuses on four core areas:
Creative Production: Develop platform-relevant ad concepts and variations that support ongoing testing.
Structured Campaign Testing: Test one meaningful variable at a time and use sufficient data to inform decisions.
Conversion Measurement: Review tracking quality and attribution limitations to build a clearer picture of campaign performance.
Continuous Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve results, reallocate budget, and recommend changes when a campaign is not meeting its objectives.
Find out whether your campaigns are reaching the right audience, generating qualified enquiries, and tracking the results that matter to your business. Get a clear view of what’s working and where your budget could work harder.

Our paid social management process connects audience research, creative development, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization. W3era’s paid social services bring these steps together to test ad concepts, refine targeting, and measure performance against your business goals. Creative production starts early, giving campaigns assets to test and insights to guide future decisions.

Before any new spend, we find out what has actually been running and what it really returned.
W3era’s paid social services help businesses reach relevant audiences, test ad creatives, and optimize campaigns across social platforms. Our approach combines audience targeting, creative development, budget management, and conversion tracking to support measurable business outcomes.
Audience Targeting: Reach relevant users based on your campaign goals and audience data.
Ad Creative and Testing: Test different messages, images, and videos to identify what resonates.
Campaign Management: Monitor performance and refine targeting, placements, and budgets.
Conversion Tracking: Measure meaningful actions and identify opportunities to improve results.
Your Facebook Ads budget depends on your target cost per lead or sale, audience size, competition, and campaign objectives. W3era helps businesses set realistic testing budgets, avoid spreading spend across too many campaigns, and use performance data to guide budget decisions.
Set a target: Define an acceptable cost per lead or customer.
Start with focus: Prioritize the campaigns and audiences most relevant to your goals.
Test and optimize: Evaluate creative, targeting, and conversion performance before scaling spend.
There is no universal budget that guarantees results. The goal is to invest enough to gather useful data and make informed optimization decisions.

Meta remains the largest paid social channel for most businesses and the one where the gap between a good account and an average one is widest — because the platform has automated so much of what agencies used to charge for, and what it has not automated is creative.
The honest version of the job has changed. A decade ago, the value was in audience building: stacked interests, lookalikes, detailed exclusions. Meta has since automated most of that, and broad targeting with strong creative now routinely beats hand-built audiences. An agency still selling targeting sophistication as its main skill is selling something the platform does for free.
What is left is harder and matters more: producing enough good creative to keep feeding the system, testing it in a way that produces real answers, and rebuilding the measurement signal that privacy changes took away. Our work as a Facebook Ads agency concentrates there.

Priced on creative output and platform count rather than as a percentage of media spend, because the work scales with how much you make, not how much you buy.
Discover how better ad creative, focused audience targeting, and campaign optimization can help you attract qualified leads and make more informed advertising decisions.
Usually search, if people are already looking for what you sell. It captures existing demand, pays back faster, and tells you which messages work before you spend money interrupting people. Social comes into its own when the category is new, when demand has to be created rather than captured, or when search volume is capped and you need growth beyond it. Most mature programmes run both, with budget moving between them on evidence.
The floor comes from Meta's learning phase: an ad set needs roughly 50 conversions a week to optimise properly. Multiply your target cost per acquisition by fifty for a weekly minimum per ad set. Below that, consolidate into one ad set or optimise toward a cheaper event — and if even that is out of reach, the honest answer is that the channel will not work yet.
Three reasons. Privacy changes removed much of the tracking the platforms relied on, so they model what they can no longer observe, and models lean optimistic. Default attribution windows credit view-throughs that led to no click. And every platform counts a customer it touched, independently of the others. Server-side tracking recovers part of the signal; reporting blended return alongside platform figures handles the rest.
On Meta and TikTok, yes, and the platforms have made it so. Audience selection is now largely automated, and broad targeting with strong creative routinely beats carefully built audiences. LinkedIn is the exception — its firmographic targeting is the actual product and worth paying for. Any agency selling Meta targeting sophistication as its main skill is selling something the platform does for free.
Faster than most teams plan for. A working life of a few weeks is normal on Meta and shorter on TikTok, varying with audience size and frequency. The practical answer is to agree a refresh cadence up front and watch frequency, rather than waiting for performance to drop — by the time the drop is visible in the report, you have already paid for it.
Only if your product demonstrates well on video and you can produce a lot of it. Media costs are genuinely lower than Meta in most categories, but the creative requirement is higher and repurposed assets perform badly. If you cannot commit to native production, the lower media cost is not a saving.
When deal sizes are large enough to absorb it, and when you need targeting by job title, company size or seniority that Google cannot offer. For low-value products, consumer categories, or businesses whose buyers already search the category in volume, it rarely is — search reaches the same people for considerably less. We will tell you which case you are in.
We can work with your existing brand assets and creative team or help develop ad creatives, including concepts, copy, and visual direction, depending on your requirements. Our paid social management process includes creative testing and performance reviews to identify which messages and formats resonate with your audience. We’ll agree on responsibilities, deliverables, and approval workflows before launching your campaigns.
Platform-reported figures and blended return side by side, every month, with the gap explained rather than hidden. Creative performance reported by concept so the learning carries forward, frequency and fatigue shown so decay is visible early, and a named decision each month on what to produce, retire and scale.
A full tracking audit, your platform-reported conversions reconciled against actual revenue for the same period, an assessment of your creative library and where the gaps are, a view on campaign structure, and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Delivered in writing within 7-10 working days, and yours to keep whether or not you work with us.

From audience research and ad creative to campaign optimization and performance reporting, W3era’s paid social management connects every stage of your advertising campaign. Our paid social agency approach focuses on reaching the right audience, choosing suitable platforms, and measuring results against your business goals.

Most underperforming social accounts are not badly targeted; they are saying something unremarkable to the right people. The strategy work is identifying the few angles that would stop someone scrolling, and it precedes any production.
